After subscribing you will receive an email with access to Trello, Slack and Figma.

On Trello you will be able to ask any requests that you want and you will be able to order them

On Figma you will be able to leave comments any designs published

Seems expensive. Why not just hire a designer?

That’s a great question. Well to start, a Director Level product designer with the same track record and expertise would cost south of $250,000 plus everything else on top.

It would also require onboarding, setup and general understanding of your company and product, which is usually around 3 to 6 months before they are productive.

This subscription allows you to have results immediately for 1/10th of the price.

What's the difference from other design

What you mean by unlimited requests?

Exactly as it is. Request as many designs, alterations, revisions. Complex, simple or in-between - all your design requests will be worked on and delivered.

It's up to you to prioritise in what order you want to receive them.

Simpler requests will have a turnaround of 2 to 3 days. More complex requests will depend but the majority of requests gets delivered within 5 days.

What is the level of design expertise?

Our primary designer has held multiple director level positions in multi-billion dollar tech companies.

This means that we know how to build products from 0 to 1.

We know how to partner with designers on both brand and R&D teams to create holistic experiences. We know how to Iterate based on feedback from the whole team, and on results of your team’s experiments.

We have the expertise to successfully and adeptly move from 10kft thinking to 10ft execution, alongside the ability to design experiences tailored for people to access on any type of device.

How do I communicate my requests
or give feedback?

When you purchase your subscription you will be invited to a Trello board and to a Figma team.

Within Trello you will have a few instructions how to work, but basically you can link google docs, videos, loom, etc. If you can link, you can ask your requests in any way that fits you or your team.

Within Figma we can invite you and your developers or other members of your team with view/comment access only. You can all leave as many comments as you want and I will address them in the form of revisions until you and your team are happy with the results.

Be as detailed as possible, leave as many comments as you wish. We are here to design the best experience possible for your product.

What if I just have one request?

Pause or cancel your subscription once you are done.

Don't continue to pay if you don't have work that needs to be designed.
